Therefore, you can expect to receive your paddle within about 2 weeks from the time of your order. However, unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or other unexpected events might occasionally cause delays in the delivery of your package.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
At Crxbone, we offer a 1-year warranty on all new purchases, effective from the moment of sale, provided the original buyer submits the warranty claim. Our warranty covers the replacement of paddles that exhibit faults due to manufacturing defects. Please note that paddles damaged by normal wear and tear, such as impacts from boat contact, collisions with other paddles during regular usage, or mishandling during transportation, are not eligible for replacement under this warranty. To safeguard your paddle, we highly recommend using a tip protector during marshaling periods and a paddle bag for transportation.
WHAT ARE EXAMPLES OF FAULTY MANUFACTURING?
At Crxbone, each broken paddle case is individually analyzed, and we reserve the right to make the final judgment regarding replacements. To assist in this process, it is crucial to submit images of the broken paddle. As a general guideline, here are examples of issues deemed as faulty manufacturing:
